Hwaro Hyang

Hwarohyang is a samgyeopsal restaurant in the black pork alley of Jeju City, serving black pork ogyeopsal, pork collar, and abalone sets. The ogyeopsal is a thick cut with the rind attached, grilled with kimchi and bean sprouts on the griddle. Staff grill the meat at the table, and steamed egg and a seafood-flavored doenjang jjigae come with the meal. A single diner is welcome when ordering two portions or more, and the naengmyeon served as a service item is small in portion.
