Hwanggeum Dakgalbi

Hwanggeum Dakgalbi is a chicken restaurant in Jeju's Chilseong neighborhood that serves dakgalbi and dak kalguksu. The dakgalbi comes in mild, medium, spicy, and rosé versions, with optional snow cheese or udon sari added. The kitchen stir-fries the dakgalbi before serving it, which shortens cooking time, and side dishes are taken from a self-service bar. The kimchi is made in-house.
