Hoetae Uri

Hoetaewoori is a small hoe restaurant in a Jeju neighbourhood, and it draws more local residents than tourists. It serves assorted hoe as its main offering, makes its own side dishes, and also serves maeuntang and flying fish roe dolsot bibimbap. Because it gets busy, a reservation is needed before visiting. The maeuntang contains a lot of radish, which brings out the savoury depth of the fish.
