Hoesim

Hoesim is a restaurant in Jeju that serves mackerel hoe with sesame soba, geuwo sushi, and nuruk salmon rice bowl. The signature mackerel sesame soba tops house-boiled tsuyu with vinegar-cured mackerel and sesame, and is eaten by mixing the ingredients and having them with the broth. Orders are placed at a kiosk in front of the store, which opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. Portions are on the small side.
