Heukbon Ogyeop

Heukbon Ogyeop is a grill house near Hamdeok Beach in Jeju that cooks black pork and specialty cuts over charcoal. Staff sear monkfish, deunggyeopsal, and ogyeopsal first, and the meat is eaten dipped in meljeot and pink salt. The two-person set includes specialty cuts, and can be ordered with muksabal and kkosiraegi ramyeon, while the brass grill plate keeps the meat from burning or sticking. Reservations are required on weekends.
