Hayoung Olle Guksu

Hayoung Olle Guksu is a noodle shop in a Jeju alley that serves gogi-guksu, bibim gogi-guksu, and myeolchi-guksu. The gogi-guksu uses a bone broth, the bibim version is spicy like jjolmyeon, and the myeolchi-guksu is made with anchovy broth. It opens early in the morning, and the noodles are served with gochu dadegi and ganjang gochu seasoning so they do not soften quickly. The interior is cluttered, and parking nearby is difficult.
