Haksa Restaurant

Haksa Sikdang is a restaurant inside Jeju's Seomun Market where customers buy meat from the market butcher and grill it at the table. It serves yuksasimi, yukhoe, and cheonggukjang, with soy-marinated perilla leaf and pickled scallion on the side. Customers purchase the meat they want at the butcher, then enter and pay the restaurant for the table setup and drinks. The meat for yukhoe can be selected separately at the butcher and brought in.
