Haenyeo Gogi is a restaurant in Jeju that serves black pork ogyeopsal and pork collar. The meat comes with salted hairtail innards, fresh wasabi, and salted anchovy sauce. Haenyeo and staff grill the meat over charcoal and cut it for you. Grilled abalone and seafood ramyeon are ordered alongside, and the side dishes are made in-house.
