Gongseol Tongkeun Udon & Donkatsu

Gongseol Tongkeun Udon / Donkkaseu is a small tonkatsu restaurant in Jeju City serving black pork cheese tonkatsu and sirloin tonkatsu. The tonkatsu is made in-house from preparation to finish and served with a house-made sauce with a fruit sweetness. Soup, kimchi, pickled radish, pickles, and seasoning are self-service, and the memil broth is rich. Thick cuts of meat are coated in Japanese-style breadcrumbs, giving the crust a crisp texture and the inside a tender texture.
