Geomeun Soi Molgooneun

Geumeunsoe Molgooneun is a black beef restaurant in Jeju. It serves a black beef course and yukhoe bibimbap, grilling each cut with a different aging method. Staff grill the meat at the table and explain the aroma and texture of each cut. Some cuts, including chadol, are chewy.
