Gamsuchon

Gamsuchon is a Korean restaurant across from the Samyang-dong community center in Jeju, near Samyang Beach, serving pollack soup and pork kimchi stew. The pollack soup is popular enough that ingredients run out around 11:30 AM, and the meal comes with cabbage wraps and salted seafood side dishes. On weekdays there is a wait by 10 AM, with one case of entering after about 15 minutes, and the restaurant stays open until 2 PM. The kimchi stew broth is clear, so it can taste like kimchi soup.
