Gaeseong Hoegwan

Gaeseong Hoegwan is a restaurant in Jeju that serves ginseng chicken soup. A young chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice and boiled with ginseng, and noodles can be added, with the chicken meat turning tender. Each bowl comes with a glass of ginseng liquor, side dishes are unlimited, and the soup is brought to the table in a hot pot. A single bowl is a large portion, so one person eating alone will be full.
