Eunseong Hoejip

Eunsung Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Jeju that serves squid (hanchi) hoe, whole chicken soup, and several kinds of hoe. The menu includes squid (hanchi) mulhoe and hoe made with yellowback sea bream, longtooth grouper (dageumbari), and sea bream. From the second-floor and rooftop seats, the sea is visible on one side and houses and alleys on the other. The squid (hanchi) hoe is chewy, and the whole chicken soup is served with hot broth.
