Donghwa Katsu

Donghwa Katsu in Jeju serves donkatsu, gyukatsu, and cheese katsu, along with naengmyeon. The donkatsu has a plain flavor. The breading is crisp on top and soggy on the bottom, and the cheese katsu is sometimes unavailable in the afternoon. The center of the beef katsu is tough with tendon.
