Donam Dwaeji

Donam Dwaeji is a black pork restaurant in Hwabuk, Jeju. It serves a mixed platter of specialty cuts: ppolsal, deolmrisal, pork jowl, and deungsimdeotsal, eaten dipped in meljeot. Bean sprout and scallion salad and scallion kimchi come as basic side dishes, and a stew is provided at no charge. The meat is cooked over gas heat, not charcoal.
