Don Don

Dondon is a restaurant in Jeju that sells black pork collar as geun-gogi (thick-cut pork sold by weight). The owner grills the meat and explains the order in which to eat it, and serves house-made side dishes alongside. It uses domestic ingredients including garlic and red pepper powder, and makes its own kimchi and mu-ssam. Without a reservation, it is difficult to eat there.
