Dojuje Gimbap

Dojuje sits in Jeju's old downtown next to Gwandukjeong, an izakaya run in a Japanese yatai style that serves gimbap, ramen, curry and evening drinking snacks. The jeopjjakppyeo ramen has both broth and noodles that hold up, and the skewers are tender. It opens in the morning as a gimbap shop and in the afternoon as a drinking spot. Portions of snacks and skewers run small.
