Chammanna Gimbap

Cham Mat Na Gimbap is a snack shop selling gimbap and noodles in front of Halla University in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju. Its myeolchi gimbap contains stir-fried anchovies and cheongyang peppers, and its yeolmu noodles are served with ice floating on top, alongside sujebi and kalguksu. For dine-in, cream soup and stir-fried fish cake are taken from a self-service bar, and a single roll of gimbap is packed for takeout with pickled radish and stir-fried fish cake. The lunchtime wait runs 30 to 40 minutes.
