Buon

Buon is a Japanese-style casual restaurant in Jeju that serves fried silver hairtail and conger eel, tendon, and soba. The salmon cold soba combines aged salmon and buckwheat noodles with a rich tsuyu broth, and the onsoba comes with pork jowl and grilled green onion. Lunch brings a wait, but arriving at the 11 a.m. opening or after 1 p.m. shortens it, and the space has counter seating and tables for three to four people. The tendon portion is small.
