Bomal and Bibari

Bomal Gwa Bibari is a small kalguksu and mandu eatery in the commercial block of Hwabuk Jugong 4 Danji in the Hwabuk and Samhwa districts of Jeju. It serves bomal kalguksu made with suduri bomal gathered by Jeju haenyeo and ground into the broth, along with bomal juk and bomal jeon, and the bomal jeon is eaten with bibim noodles. The doors open at 10 a.m., and kimchi, kongnamul, seasoned danmuji and gochujangajji are self-served. There are few tables, no separate parking area, and the wait at lunch can stretch into a line.
