Baekseon Hoejip

Baekseon Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in the old downtown of Jeju City. It serves sashimi from the fish brought in that day, and the species changes each time, including flounder, yellowtail, and busiri. The hoe plates come with ice and plastic laid on the bottom, and maeuntang is served after the meal. There are almost no side dishes beyond the basic banchan.
