Assa Hoe is a raw fish restaurant in the hoe alley of Yeon-dong, Jeju. In winter it serves yellowtail hoe, and at other times mackerel or assorted hoe, along with a seafood assorted mulhoe. Ordering a small yellowtail hoe brings a first-round anju, the main hoe, maeuntang or jiri, and grilled mackerel. The side dishes are simple.
