Hyodonggak is a Chinese restaurant near Jeju City Hall. Jjajangmyeon is its signature dish, and it also serves jjamppong, tangsuyuk, and bokkeumbap. Paying in cash applies the dine-in price, and delivery orders are frequent. Delivery motorcycles are parked in front of the entrance, which can make it awkward to get inside.
