Guksu Madang

Guksumadang Bonjeom is a gogi-guksu restaurant on the noodle street in Samseonghyeol, Jeju, and it also serves myeolchi-guksu and bibim gogi-guksu. The gogi-guksu has a thick broth reminiscent of doganitang or seolleongtang, with thick noodles and soft lean meat, while the myeolchi-guksu has a rich broth. Many signatures from celebrities and politicians who have visited are displayed inside the shop, and the kitchen is half open. There is no separate parking lot, and the space in front of the shop holds only about three cars.
