Golmok Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Jeju that specializes in pheasant dishes. It serves pheasant gui and pheasant memil kalguksu, with the gui grilled in a garlic marinade and eaten dipped in sesame oil sauce. The restaurant is a decades-old establishment, and the meal is finished with kalguksu made from 100% buckwheat noodles after the pheasant gui.
