Nodeul Gangbyeon Sikdang

Noduelgangbyeon Sikdang is a restaurant in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, serving dakjeon, chonn dak yangnyeom gui, and beoseot jeongol. The chicken is boiled, spread out with the bones, and grilled like a pancake for dakjeon, which is eaten with beoseot jeongol and finished with dakjuk. Orders must be placed by phone one hour before visiting, and the water of Jangan-sa Valley flows right beside the restaurant. Cooking takes a long time, so it does not suit walk-in visits.
