Nadeun

Nadeun is a seafood restaurant in Busan that serves grilled fish and hairtail stew. Its signature dishes are grilled fish with sotbap and dolsot jeongsik, and the fish is grilled to order. Grilled croaker, red snapper, and mackerel are moist inside and crisp outside, and seaweed soup and doenjang jjigae come with the meal. The restaurant does not take reservations, and waits exceed 30 minutes even on weekday afternoons.
