Jangsu Mulhoe

Jangsu Mulhoe is a seafood restaurant at the entrance to Imrang Beach in Gijang-gun, Busan, serving mulhoe and hoedeopbap. The mulhoe comes in an ice-chilled broth with milchi hoe, cabbage, and pear, mixed together and eaten with noodles or rice. Miyeokguk and side dishes arrive by default, and a line forms at lunchtime while food tends to come out quickly. A parking lot is set aside, but it is small and becomes inconvenient during busy hours.
