Yuwon Seolleongtang

Yuwon Seolleongtang is an old restaurant near Jamsil Hagwon Sageori in Samjeon-dong, Seoul, serving seolleongtang and doganitang. The signature seolleongtang uses only sagol broth boiled continuously without japbone, and rice is rinsed and added to the soup. It opened in 1984 and has been run by the second generation for over 40 years. The kimchi is on the salty side.
