Sokcho San Ojingeo

Sokcho San Ojingeo is a hoe restaurant in Jamsilbon-dong, Seoul, serving raw squid with live-fish hoe. Orders of squid hoe come with flounder or rockfish (ureok), and squid muchim and whole steamed squid are also available. The restaurant has held its spot for close to 20 years, and squid orders include jeon and a ttukbaegi of squid muguk. Many customers come to drink, so the dining room is fairly loud.
