Okbong Galbi

Okbong Galbi is a meat restaurant in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, where raw galbi and pork skin are grilled over charcoal. The set combines raw galbi and pork skin with galbi kimchi stew. Staff grill the meat over high-heat charcoal, and separate rooms are available for group gatherings. The interior is cramped and loud with drinking parties.
