Malaxiangguo

This Chinese restaurant in Seoul serves only two dishes: malaxiangguo and huoguo. You order the malaxiangguo without picking vegetables, and the huoguo comes with hongtang broth. The restaurant does not take reservations, and a line often forms after 6 p.m. In summer the indoor seating tends to be hot.
