Makchang Brothers

Makchang Brothers is a restaurant in Seoul that serves makchang (beef abomasum) and nurungji galbi. The makchang is cut into pieces, grilled, and served partially cooked rather than as round tubes. The makchang has a reasonable flavour and portion. Nurungji galbi is a matter of personal taste.
