Kkochijib

Kkochijip is a skewer grill restaurant in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled chicken skewers, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and heart skewers. Skewers come salt-grilled or seasoned, and each one is grilled over charcoal to order, picking up charcoal smoke. Draft beer is served in ice glasses with ice crystals, and the interior has separate men's and women's restrooms. Skewer waits usually run over 30 minutes and exceed an hour when busy.
