Kim Ja-sun Handmade Donkatsu

Kim Jasun Handmade Donkatsu is a market tonkatsu shop in the middle of Saemaeul Market in Seoul, serving deungshim donkatsu and cheese donkatsu. The tonkatsu comes in an old-style preparation with thick meat and a crisp breadcrumb coating. A small shop run by an elderly couple, it has seating in the hall and also offers takeout.
