Gabdwaeji

Gapdwaeji is a pork restaurant near Jamsilsaenae Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving han-don samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, pork jowl, and pork skin. The meat is par-grilled over charcoal or briquettes, and staff finish grilling it at the table.
