Domong is a restaurant in Seoul that serves Korean grilled meat, including pork collar, and dessert. Staff grill the meat at the table, and the pork collar is tender and easy to eat. When you order meat, the restaurant provides a "meat spec" stating when and where the animal was slaughtered. Dessert is served along with the meat.
