Near Jamsil Saenae Station in Seoul, Byeorak Gauri is a Japanese restaurant that serves aged hoe and tuna hoe courses. The special sashimi set includes tuna hoe, an assorted hoe of flounder, yellowtail and sea bream, plus fried dishes, grilled dishes, porridge, braised mussels and pollack soup. Dishes are brought out according to how fast diners finish the previous course, so the whole course is not served at once. Parking is inconvenient, which makes going by car a drawback.
