Buil Galmaegi

Builgalmaegi is a yakiniku-style grill house in the alleys of Samjeon-dong, Jamsil, Seoul, serving skirt steak and beef offcuts such as tongue and oxtail. Each cut comes with its own sauce, and sake and Japanese-style drinks are served alongside. The restaurant runs on reservations, with seats for the following month bookable from a month in advance. Portions are small and prices are high.
