Vertex

Vertex Itaewon Main Branch is a fusion restaurant in Itaewon that serves American-style chicken and shrimp rice bowls. Chicken balls and a shrimp-and-chicken rice bowl are served cold, with smoky meat and a spicy sauce over rice. Delivery orders arrive constantly, so the restaurant runs mainly on delivery rather than dine-in. Less attention is paid to the atmosphere of the space.
