Chez Simond is a French restaurant near Mangwon in Seoul that serves only a set course, with no à la carte options, and requires a reservation. The course includes dishes such as Iberico with grilled eggplant purée, an amuse-bouche of sweet shrimp and scallops, and tenderloin steak, finishing with bergamot ice cream and crème anglaise. A meal takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to 40 minutes, and the staff change the fork and spoon for each dish and explain the ingredients and how to eat them. There are only two tables for two and one table for four, so reservations are difficult to get.
