Dongbaek Hoetjip serves wild-caught hoe right in front of the Busan sea. Its assorted hoe changes with what is available, including anago hoe, wild flounder, and olive flounder, and comes with chojang, chon doenjang, and sesame oil. The restaurant has been run by a second generation, and guests can eat in rooms or by the window with a view of the sea. After the meal, steamed potatoes and a doenjang-based maeuntang are served, and the steamed potatoes can be strongly sweet.
