Yakitori Tatsuya is a yakitori restaurant two minutes from lodgings in Osaka that grills chicken skewers and pork skewers. The menu includes pork liver, pork collar, chicken heart, chicken thigh, chicken skin, vegetable rolls, and grilled onigiri, seasoned with a thick soy sauce that is sweet and slightly spicy. If you are not comfortable in Japanese, you can ask the owner for omakase, and the owner grills every dish alone.
