Hong Kong Banjeom 0410 Tsuruhashi is a Chinese restaurant in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, serving Korean-style jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong has a spicy broth with a charred wok flavor, and gochu jjajang and tangsuyuk can be ordered alongside it. On a Saturday lunchtime there was no wait to get in, and on weekdays entry was also without a wait. The gochu jjamppong is very spicy even by Korean standards.
