Manmasa

Manmasa is a yakiniku restaurant in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, grilling tan, harami, galbi, and horumon. A side dish of cabbage with chosjang sauce comes by default, and the salt-grilled meat is eaten as is without a dipping sauce. Parties of one to three people can reserve by phone only, starting at 10 a.m. on the day of the visit, while parties of four or more can reserve up to the following month. Without a reservation, you may be turned away if the restaurant is full.
