Maru

Maru is a Korean restaurant in Tsuruhashi, Osaka. Its signature samgyetang comes with long-simmered chicken, a milky broth, four small starters, and two side dishes. The restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk from Tsuruhashi Station, and the rice cooked in a stone pot for the sundubu (soft tofu stew) lunch set takes 15 to 20 minutes. There are few seats, so entering without a reservation at lunchtime is difficult.
