Hapjeong Sundaeguk

Hapjeong Sundaeguk is a sundae-guk restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Seoul. The soup uses sagol broth and contains head meat, lean meat, and dangmyeon sundae without offal, with seasoning sauce and salted shrimp added separately. Bean sprouts come with the soup by default, and many customers ask for more kkakdugi. The dining room is small with narrow gaps between tables, and there can be a wait outside during lunch.
