Zagin Soba 座銀 Central

Zagin Soba Central is a Japanese ramen shop on Gough St in Central, Hong Kong. Its chicken paitan ramen has a creamy, milk-foam appearance and a rich broth, and the noodles are served well cooked. The fried burdock is crisp, and the interior is decorated in a Japanese style. A 10% service charge is added even for two bowls of ramen.
