Wing Kee Noodle

Wing Kee Noodle is a Hong Kong-style cart noodle shop on Sugar Street in Causeway Bay where you choose toppings such as beef brisket, beef tendon, pork skin, daikon, and chicken wing tips. You pick a rich brisket broth with thin rice noodles or wide noodles, add three or four toppings, and finish with chili oil. Lines form at meal times, but the queue moves quickly and there is seating on a narrow second floor. If you go alone or as a pair, you share a table with other diners.
