VOL.1 CAFE

VOL.1 CAFE is a second-floor cafe in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, that sells handmade pasta made fresh each day. Its signature noodle dishes include handmade wide noodles with crab meat in lobster sauce and QQ noodles with shrimp in rose sauce, both made to absorb the sauce well. The chicken wings at Baeksong-ro require about a 16-minute wait after ordering, and there is also outdoor terrace seating. Because there are not many seats, the cafe fills up even on weekday evenings, so reservations are required.
